Iowa Land Auction Prices, June 1-7, 2024

June 10, 2024

The first week of June turned out to be active. O’Brien County tops the market with a sale bringing in $15,800/acre. Market conditions are cooling. The 2024 planting season is wrapping up. I have seen some good, very green stands of corn but you do not have to drive very far to see uneven stands showing signs of being too wet. The extended weather forecast appears favorable.
