Iowa Land Auction Prices, July 20-26, 2024

July 29, 2024

Mills County tops the market with a sale at $13,500/acre. There were three “no sales.” Market conditions are adjusting to current economic conditions. Soybean yields are made in August. The rule of thumb (I was always told) is for every one inch of rain, add three bushels per acre to the yield. We’re going to need big yields to make up for low grain prices.
