Iowa Land Auction Prices, April 20-26, 2024

There were four auctions this week – not enough activity to test the market. Sioux County produced a sale at $16,500/acre, and Calhoun County a $12,750/acre sale. Wild weather brought rain over the weekend, and the extended forecast indicates good planting weather ahead. I saw my first field of corn coming up out of the ground this weekend.
